Mikey Show Recap Monday Sept 25, 2006

Today on The Mikey Show…

~ Mr. Lights Out Shawne Merriman called into the show today. He talked with us about having the week off and told us that he did not make it home to Baltimore like he planned to do. We found out that he likes to play basketball and that in the off season him and some of the other guys like Antonio Gates get pick up games going. He told us that he watches Dancing with the Stars but could never see himself on that show. If you were wondering, Shawne is still rocking the Mohawk.

~ Emmitt Smith called into the show today. He told us that his wife is fine with him being on Dancing with the Stars and having the hottest partner on the show. Emmitt said that the relationship is very professional and that it’s a lot of work to get the dances down. He told us that learning the tango really made his quads sore and that his feet and knees have been taking a beating learning the dances. Mikey told him about how he moved into his old condo in Dallas and Emmitt asked if he found a Rolex there.

~ Sky had a little problem pronouncing Mitsubishi today. It was the perfect opportunity to play all the audio clips of Sky speaking different languages. Sky said "mister Bishi" instead of Mitsubishi. She ended up checking out and snacking on her food because all we did was make fun of her and play the clips of her saying different foreign words. Even though Sky did not think so, it was hilarious.
