Mikey Show Recap Tuesday Sept. 26, 2006

Today on The Mikey Show…

~ Post Wedding Depression? We had never heard of this but apparently it’s a thing that happens. Supposedly that after the wedding is said and done there is some kind of depression that happens to the bride because she lacks the attention given to her for the wedding. Also, all the build-up and planning was over very quick because the wedding only last a day. Eddie told us that he gets what it is but thinks its dumb and Mikey agreed thinking that these lady's must be bridezillas. Sky actually said that she understood where the women were coming from. P-1's called to tell us about their personal experiences with the depression, this one guy divorced his wife because of it. Another P-1 said he had it, that’s right a human male said he had that same depression, we busted his balls (what was left of them) for a good while.

~ We played Puss Rock Juke Box today. The P-1's today could not figure out any of the songs. They all sucked it up pretty bad and we had some really gay songs today.

~ We went over a list of the blackest and whitest names, for example Jake was a really white name for a boy and Tyrone was a really black name for a boy. 20/20 put together the list and did some research stating that the white names got more responses to their resume online. This lead Mikey into wondering why black names always sound like they come from some kind of French influence like the name Lashaun. A P-1 emailed Mikey saying that a lot of countries in Africa speak French and Eddie guessed that it had something to do with the French territories when America was starting up.
